One of our Thermal Insulation Engineer’s has been successful in passing the Technical Insulation Performance Check (TIPCHECK) programme and is now a qualified TIPCHECK Expert.
The European Industrial Insulation Foundation (Eiif) programme provides training for individuals on how to competently perform high quality thermal energy audits on industrial insulation systems to evaluate their performance. Having this capability in-house allows our professionals to assess existing facilities and planned projects to identify how and where our clients can/ should improve the efficiency of their insulation systems.
TIPCHECKs identify spots with the highest energy saving potential; often checks would be on uninsulated lines, lines that have been damaged or on insulated lines to check the applied insulation systems is fit-for-purpose and doing its job as expected. Getting this right could offer rapid payback time, often in a year or even less. In addition to this TIPCHECK experts can also identify potential safety risks to personnel more effectively, allowing any potential hazards to be eradicated.
