Intelligent insulation for critical process temperature control
Powertherm design, supply and install trace heated insulation covers that combine thermal efficiency with freeze protection and process temperature maintenance. Ideal for use on valve actuators, IBC containers, water hoses, process control and pumps, these covers ensure operations stay efficient, safe and weather resilient.
Trace heating cable can be sewn into pockets on the inside face of a PTFlex flexible insulation cover to add temperature maintenance capabilities. Junction boxes and thermostats can also be incorporated or mounted remotely to provide a total heated solution in non-hazardous areas.
Our CompEx certified engineers also have the competences to design/ install solutions to Atex classified areas – giving you peace of mind for hazardous rated applications.
Larger assets like IBC containers that require longer heat tracing cables can be linked in series using easy to operate ‘plugs’ between sections of of the trace heated insulation covers.
