Thermal Insulation Apprenticeship Open Day 👷
Last week, as part of our National Apprenticeship Week celebrations, prospective students from the Engineering UTC in Northern Lincolnshire attended a Thermal Insulation Apprenticeship open day at our Head Office.
Held in association with the Thermal Insulation Contractors Association (TICA-ACAD), the day consisted of presentations from us and TICA, with a taster session on how to apply insulation and cladding. As well as a tour of the facilities at Head Office, with demonstrations from the team. Before ending with a Q&A session and future career discussions with industry leaders.
Several students registered their interest with TICA and we hope this encourages them to undertake an apprenticeship in Thermal Insulation and be the future of the insulator workforce. 👍
