Powertherm proudly took part in this years Lincolnshire Construction and Engineering Week 2025, where more than 1,500 young people rolled up their sleeves and discovered the world of construction and engineering.
We gave students a glimpse into careers at Powertherm through two workshops:
- Applying insulation to pipework – learning how to protect vital systems.
- Tackling a rope access challenge – experiencing the specialist skills our teams use every day.
A big thankyou to the organisers for having us. It was fantastic to see so much curiosity and enthusiasm – and hopefully we’ve inspired some future Powertherm team members!
