Powertherm Delivers at New Sustainable Plasterboard Manufacturing Plant
Powertherm is proud to share the successful delivery of a large-scale, multidisciplined project at a brand-new plasterboard manufacturing plant in the Southwest of England. This landmark development represents a significant investment in sustainable plasterboard production, and our teams were entrusted to provide a comprehensive package of industrial services to support its construction and long-term operational performance.
Across the project, our skilled experts delivered over 9,000m² of technical thermal insulation solutions and 7,900m² of protective cladding, alongside specialist electrical trace heating systems designed to ensure reliable process temperature control. To complement this, we installed custom flexible insulation jackets that provide both efficiency and ease of maintenance. Safe and efficient access was made possible through the supply and management of 130+ tonnes of scaffolding materials, supported by a peak workforce of more than 30 qualified professionals.
