Mental Health Awareness Week 2026

The theme of Mental Health Awareness week this year, is Action – focusing on the practical steps we can all take to support better mental health.

Action can take many forms:

💚 For ourselves – taking small steps to support our own wellbeing

💚 For others – checking in, listening, and helping build supportive workplaces and communities

💚 For all – continuing to create environments where mental health is supported and prioritised

At Powertherm, we believe awareness is only the beginning, real change comes from what we do every day.

 

Here’s what Powertherm did this Mental Health Awareness Week to take action:

 

Pizza Buffet –

We kicked off with a pizza buffet at head office for the whole team to enjoy, because sometimes the smallest breaks (whilst eating pizza) make the biggest difference!

 

 

Walking Together – 

Some of our team took some time out to step away and enjoy a change of scenery by going for a wellbeing walk around a local trail. Simple moments like this can make a big difference to how we feel, both in and out of work.

 

At Powertherm, supporting our team’s mental health and well-being isn’t just for Mental Health Awareness Week, it’s something we focus on all year round. Whether in the office, on-site, or in our manufacturing departments, our people are at the heart of everything we do, and their well-being will always be our top priority.
