Precision Temperature Maintenance! 🌡️

Powertherm’s Trace Heating division recently designed, supplied, and installed 115 LM of electrical trace heating cable for seal gas piping, ensuring reliable operation for the associated compressor system.

✅ ATEX Design – Self-regulating heating cables maintain a steady 90°C, preventing condensation and ensuring optimal performance. All auxiliary components were ATEX rated.

✅ Technical Installation – Heating cables were applied in accordance with British Standards EN 6295-2:2013 and 6007-30-2 2017. Glass fibre fixing tape was used to fasten the heating cable securely to the pipework.

✅ Thorough Testing – Upon completion, a comprehensive inspection and testing process is conducted to verify the integrity of the cable. This includes checking for physical damage, confirming suitability for the intended application, and ensuring all connections to terminals are correctly installed and secure.
